ISSAG initiated a zonal football system during the 2023, 2024 academic year, where we have member schools grouped into three zones. Eight teams in total qualify from the three groups for the final football event. The finals happen at Achimota school together with Handball, Badminton and Tennis. We have the option of having two zonal games to simulate a home and away situation, after which the top teams then qualify to play in the quarter finals, semifinals and finals. Three successive Saturdays are designated for this block. The first two to play the zonal qualifier and the third to play the finals.
